Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Company” means Redtec Industries Pte Ltd, trading as WORX Eco, its successors and permitted assigns.

“Customer” means any person or company purchasing Goods or Services from the Company.

“Goods” means any products supplied by the Company, including packaging.

“Services” means any services supplied by the Company.

“Supplies” means Goods or Services.

“Contract” means any agreement between the Company and the Customer for the sale and purchase of Supplies.

“In Writing” includes email or other electronic communications.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless credit terms have been agreed in advance.

The Company accepts PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and other approved methods.

Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Delivery

Local delivery is usually fulfilled within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability.

Standard delivery fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Delivery dates are estimates only; the Company is not liable for delays outside its control.

5. Inspection & Returns

Customers must check Goods upon delivery and notify the Company of any defects or shortages within 7 days.

Returns are only accepted with prior written approval and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the Customer’s expense.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Warranty & Liability

Goods are warranted against manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Goods.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of business, profits, or data).

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
